A full 30-day money-back guarantee. Put the charger through a complete test — if it's not for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

1. Eligibility

To qualify, the charger must be returned in its original packaging with all leads and accessories, in the same condition you received it. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

2. How to start a return

Email support@bitrefill.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with a return authorisation, the return address and simple step-by-step instructions.

3. Return shipping

Unless the item arrived faulty or the wrong product was sent, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we approve your refund to the original payment method. It typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Damaged or wrong items

If your charger arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
