1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day and leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed on a working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next business day.
2. Delivery time & carriers
We ship via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs. These are estimates rather than guarantees.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping is free worldwide freight on every order. The price at checkout is the total you pay, with no delivery surcharge.
4. Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel to your door.
5. Duties & taxes
International orders may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Wrong address or lost parcels
Please check your shipping address at checkout; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is lost or delayed well beyond the estimate, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
